This article introduced the traditional analysis methods about the vibration response of jacket platform in process of towing under wind excitation. And it established the modal of its lower structure by means of finite elements software SESAM. According to relevant documents, this paper calculated the accumulated damage and fatigue life of the structure of jacket and its welding in tubular joints by the action of periodic wind load. It improved the analysis methods a-bout wind excitation vibration of towering structure such, as jacket platform.%介绍了导管架在拖航过程中风激振动问题的传统计算方法,并应用SESAM有限元软件建立了平台下部导管架有限元模型,根据相关规范计算了整体结构及焊缝节点在周期性风载荷作用下的累积损伤和疲劳寿命,对导管架等高耸结构在风激振动研究中的计算方法提出了改进.
