In order to complete strength analysis of pipelines containing defects based on the finite element technology and digital visualization technology,a pipeline assessment program for corrosion defects and crack defects was developed using Visual Basic.Through inputting data paramet-rically,intensive assessment for residual strength of pipeline is made by integrating with ANSYS to build complex corrosion modal and define complex cracks,to get stress response of pipeline under internal pressure,axial force and bending moment.Finally,the accuracy of the program is verified,which gives a good description of the engineering practice and has a high practicability.%针对含缺陷管道,运用有限元技术和数字可视化技术,基于Visual Basic环境开发管道腐蚀和裂纹缺陷分析程序.通过参数化数据输入,程序利用封装的ANSYS软件建立复杂形状的腐蚀模型,定义复杂裂纹,分析管道在内压、轴向力和弯矩下的应力响应,精细评估管道的剩余强度.通过工程算例验证了程序精度,表明程序能很好地描述工程实际,有较高的工程实用性.
