The infrastructure of insulating layer,density degree,vacuum degree,residual gas,the layer number of wrapping,and the reflectivity of aluminum foil paper are the key factors that influence in the thermal insulation thermal resistance of the tubing.Analysis of relationship between these factors and apparent heat conductivity curve is made and the measures are proposed to improve the infrastructure of the insulation layer,which improve the thermal insulation properties of heat-shielding tubing.%隔热层基础结构的密实度、真空度及残余气体、缠绕层数、铝箔纸的反射率等是影响隔热油管热阻值的关键因素.分析这些因素与视导热系数的关系曲线,提出改进隔热层基础结构的措施,提高了隔热油管的隔热性能.
