电磁制动偏置式螺杆泵地面驱动装置研究

             

摘要

Based on the conventional screw pump ground driving device of belt drive lost,the anti reversing mechanism is not safe enough,and inadequate rated torque of direct drive screw pump ground driving device,the research to the offset screw pump ground driving device was conduc-ted.This ground driving device matching small power motor,electromagnetic brake anti-reverse mechanism,so that make the reverse torque of sucker rod intelligent dynamic released.Analysis was carried out for the two parts of screw pump reversal phenomenon when stop,and calculation and analysis of key components of the electromagnetic brake device by using SolidWorks software.The results show that,the offset screw pump ground driving device is safe and reliable to use,can reduce the reversal caused by sucker rod break off and other accidents,improve work efficiency, and prolong the service life of the machine.%针对常规螺杆泵地面驱动装置皮带传动丢转、防反转机构不够安全,以及直驱螺杆泵地面驱动装置转矩不足等问题,对偏置式螺杆泵地面驱动装置进行了研究。该地面驱动装置匹配小功率电机,采用电磁制动防反转机构,使抽油杆反转转矩智能点动释放。分析了螺杆泵在停机时发生反转现象的原因,并利用 SolidWorks 软件对电磁制动装置的关键部件进行分析计算。结果表明:偏置式螺杆泵地面驱动装置使用安全可靠,能减少由反转造成的抽油杆断脱等事故的发生,提高了工作效率,延长了整机的使用寿命。
