顺南区块超高温高压双级回接固井工艺技术研究

摘要

针对顺南区块超高温、超高压井回接固井质量不理想,整体合格率低的难点,进行了双级回接固井技术措施及方案的分析.通过研制新型回接插头、优先水泥浆体系、模拟优化施工参数等措施,有效提高了双级回接固井质量,防止了气窜,保证了管串的完整性,为后期完井测试作业奠定了基础.%According to Shunnan Block ultra high temperature,super high tie-back cementing quality is not ideal,the overall qualified rate is only 33 ％of the difficulty,and the related two-stage tieback cementing technology measures and solution analysis.Through researching a new tieback plug and priority cement slurry system,the simulation optimization of construction parameters effectively improve the two-stage tie-back cementing quality to prevent the gas channeling and ensure the integrity of the pipe string,the work laid the foundation for the late completion test.
