抗冲击韧性水泥浆体系在印尼Klari-2st井中的应用

         

摘要

Well Klari-2st is a directional exploratory well in Block Arar, Indonesia. In order to accomplish the exploration of the block, the Ø215.9 mm leaking openghole section is backiflled with cement;then drill with Ø152.4 mm drill bit and enlarge the hole with a reamer to form a Ø177.8 mm cement ring hole;then run in Ø149.2 mm expansion pipe to seal the wellbore so as to ifnish the 4th spud drilling. By analyzing the failure on pervious cement ring, we improved the cementing lfuid system and added bentonite, ifber and expansion agent to the slurry to reduce the strength and brittleness of set cement stone and improve the toughness of set cement and its crosslinking intensity with well wall. By using shock-resistant high tenacity cement accompanied with the prepad lfuid system of efif-cient lfushing lfuid and viscidity spacer lfuid and other methods, we successfully pumped cement plugs, which satisifed the requirement that the maximum diameter of expansion pipe wellbore is less than Ø190 mm.%Klari-2st井是印尼Arar区块1口定向探井,为完成区块勘探,对该井Ø215.9 mm裸眼漏封井段,注水泥回填,用Ø152.4 mm注水钻头开眼,扩眼器扩孔,形成Ø177.8 mm水泥环井眼,下入Ø149.2 mm膨胀管封固井壁,以完成四开钻井作业。在分析前次水泥环失败原因基础上,改进固井液体系,浆体中加入膨润土、纤维和膨胀剂等材料,降低水泥石强度和脆性,提高水泥石韧性及与井壁的胶联强度。应用抗冲击高韧性水泥浆,结合高效冲洗液+黏性隔离液的前置液体系等措施,完成了特殊要求的水泥环打塞作业,满足了膨胀管最大井径小于190 mm的要求。
