护理学博士临床使用困境的质性研究

     

摘要

[目的]探讨临床护理学博士的使用困境,为建立合理的临床护理学博士使用机制提供依据.[方法]对重庆市6所医院的护理部主任或副主任进行半结构访谈,将获得的资料进行分析、整理并提炼出主题.[结果]目前临床对护理学博士使用中存在护理学博士自身定位过高、目前临床能够提供给护理学博士的发展空间较小、护理管理部门权力有限等困境.[结论]目前应正确定位护理学博士角色功能,构建科学的护士分层使用体系,拓展临床高级专科护理领域,加强与有关部门沟通协作等,为其提供发展空间.%Objective: To probe into the use dilemma in clinical nursing Doctors, in order to provide the evidences for establishing reasonable using mechanism of clinical nursing Doctors. Methods: A semi - structured interview was conducted to Directors or Deputy Directors af hursing departments from 6 hospitals in Chongqing. Then the data were analyzed and coordinated and finally the themes were extracted. Results : At the present,the following dilemmas were exist: nurses with doctorate degree positioned themselves too high; clinical development space provided for nursing doctors is narrow; rights of nursing management department is limited. Conclusion:Nursing Dr. role and function should now be positioned correctly,the scientific nurses hierarchical using system should be constructed, clinical senior specialist nursing areas should be expanded and to strengthen communication and collaboration with relevant departments so as to provide development space for them.
