集中健康教育模式在新生儿重症监护室低收入家长健康教育中的应用1）

摘要

Obj ective:To probe into the application effect of centralized health education mode for low income parents in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).Methods:A total of 110 low income parents in NICU from June to December in 2012 were selected as control group,and they received the routine health education;108 low income parents from January to June in 2013 were selected as observation group,the centralized health education mode was increased for them on the basis of the subj ects in control group. Results:After carrying out the new health education,in observation group the efficiency rate of mastering health education knowledge of low income parents and their j ob satisfaction were higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),Secondary hospitaliza-tion rate was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The centralized health education can significantly improve the awareness and satisfaction of parents on health education;it is beneficial for improving the compliance of low income par-ents in NICU and reducing the secondary hospitalization rates.%[目的]探讨集中健康教育模式在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)低收入家长中的应用效果。[方法]选取2012年6月—12月 NICU 住院患儿低收入家长110名为对照组，接受常规健康教育；2013年1月—6月 NICU 住院患儿低收入家长108名为观察组，观察组在对照组基础上增加集中健康教育模式。[结果]健康教育后观察组掌握健康教育知识有效率、对医护工作满意度均高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，患儿二次入院率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]实施集中健康教育模式可显著提高患儿家长的健康教育效果和满意度；有利于提高低收入家长的治疗依从性，降低患儿二次住院率。
