医院内母乳喂养支持体系的研究现状及对我国的启示

摘要

综述了国外院内母乳喂养支持体系开展的原则、方式以及途径,提出我国应结合医院情况,从制定推进政策,加强人员培训、注重岗位管理,拓宽支持渠道、丰富支持内容等方面构建和完善我国医院内母乳喂养支持体系.%This article reviewed the principle,model and the way of hospital breast-feeding support system in foreign countries,proposed that China should combine the hospital situation,construct and improve the breastfeeding support system by promoting policy,strengthen personnel training,focusing on post management,broadening support channels,enriching the support content,and other aspects.
