养老院怀旧互动实践教学模式在老年护理学本科教学中的应用

         

摘要

[目的]探诗养老院怀旧互动实践教学模式在本科生老年护理课程中的应用效果.[方法]将2012级选修了老年护理课程的护理本科生49人作为观察组,实施基于养老院怀旧互动的老年护理实践教学模式,配合老年护理理论教学和评价考核改革;将同年级未选修该课程的护理本科生100人作为空白对照组,比较两组护生开课前后Kogan老年态度量表(KAOP)评分和老化知识量表(FAQ)正确率,并就课程改革收集观察组护生评价反馈. [结果]观察组护生开课前后KAOP差值(3.14分±15:80分),对照组护生KAOP差值(-2.84分±17,22分),两组比较差异有统许学意义(p<0.05);观察组5周后FAQ正确率离于对照组(p<0.05),观察组护生对课程改革评价反馈较好.[结论]基于养老院怀旧互动的老年护理实践教学模式为护生提供了支持性的真实学习环境,有利于改变其对老年人的消极态度,有助于提升护理本科生对老年护理的从业意愿.%Objective:To probe into the application of nostalgia interactive practice teaching model in nursing homes in geriatric nursing teaching for the nursing undergraduates,Methods:A total of 49 undergraduate nursing students who elected geriatric nursing in grade 2012 were taken as observation group,receiving nursing practice teaching model based on nostalgia interaction in nursing home and cooperated with the theory teaching and evaluation reform of geriatric nursing.Another 100 nursing undergraduate students who didn't elect the course in the same grade were taken as blank control group,then to compare Kogan elderly attitude seale(KAOP)score and aging knowledge scale(FAQ) accuracy rate between two groups of nursing students before and after the commencement,and collecting the evaluation arnd feedback of nursing students in observation group about the curriculum reform,Results:The difference in KAOP before and after the intervention in observation group nursing students(3.14±15.80) was higher than that of nursing students in control group before and after the intervention(-2.84±17.22),there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The correct rate of FAQ in observation group was higher than that in control group(P <0.05) after five weeks.The students in observation group took feedback better to the evaluation of curriculum reform.Conclusions:Nursing practice teaching model based on nostalgia interaction in nursing home provided the supportive real learning environment for students.It was beneficial to change their negative attitude towards the elderly,and to improve the undergraduate nursing students' employment will to elderly care.
