我国护理核心期刊刊载护理管理零被引论文分析

摘要

Objective:To know about the zero cited situation of nursing management papers in Chinese core jour-nals,find out the existed problems,and so as to provide references for nursing managers to choose scientific re-search subj ects and carry out effective research work,and ther to improve the quality of nursing management. Methods:Combination of computer retrieval and manual retrieval methods were used to analyze the number, theme,fund,research type,author area distribution,citation state of all the zero cited papers on nursing manage-ment from January 2012 to December 2014 which were published in 12 nursing core journals in CNKI and Wan-fang database.Results:From 2012 to 2014,there were 4 137 zero cited papers on nursing management,in which 1 235 zero cited funded papers.Zero cited funded papers had a trend of increasing year by year.Papers from Chi-nese Journal of nursing had the lowest zero cited rate(41.67%).Academy(College)funded papers accounted for the highest zero cited rate(77.62%)in the funded papers.The qualitative research papers(77.50%),experimen-tal research papers(72.31%),papers without the application of statistical methods(75.24%)were in higher proportion in the zero cited papers.The theme of zero cited papers was mainly distributed in the management of nursing human resources,secondly was management of nursing quality;in nursing human resource manage-ment,zero citeded fund papers mainly focused on nursing staff professionalism(25.86%),and non funded pa-pers focused on other themes(75.32%).In the theme of nursing quality management,the zero cited funded pa-pers were mainly based on the quality evaluation index system(35.59%),and the non funded papers were mainly based on the method of quality control(55.70%).Conclusion:The overall cited situation of nursing man-agement papers was poor,and the zero cited rate was higher.Zero cited rate of funded papers(70.98%)was higher than that of the non funded papers(67.21%).The results showed that one should evaluate the academic quality and the reference value of zero cited papers obj ectively.%[目的]了解我国护理核心期刊护理管理论文零被引情况，发现存在的问题，为护理管理者进行科研选题、开展有效的科研工作提供参考，以提高护理管理质量。[方法]选择中国知网和万方数据库，利用计算机检索与手工检索相结合的方式对2012年1月—2014年12月12种护理核心期刊刊载的护理管理零被引论文数量、主题、基金资助、研究类型、作者地区分布、引文状况等进行分析。[结果]2012年—2014年护理管理零被引论文4137篇，其中零被引基金论文1235篇，零被引基金论文有逐年增长趋势。《中华护理杂志》论文零被引率最低，为41.67%；基金资助论文中零被引率最高的为院(校)级资助论文，占77.62%；质性研究类论文、实验性研究类论文、未应用统计学方法的论文所占比例较高，分别为77.50%、72.31%、75.24%；零被引论文的主题分布以护理人力资源管理为主，其次是护理质量管理，但是在护理人力资源管理中零被引基金论文以护理人员职业素养为主，占25.86%；而非基金论文以其他类型为主，占75.32%。护理质量管理中零被引基金论文以质量评估体系指标为主，占35.59%；而非基金论文以质量控制方法为主，占55.70%。[结论]护理管理论文总体引用情况较差，零被引论文比例较高，基金论文零被引率高于非基金论文(基金论文零被引率为70.98%，非基金论文零被引率为67.21%)，提示应客观评价零被引论文的学术质量和引用价值。
