抗阻力运动联合穴位按摩对老年糖尿病病人生理指标的影响

摘要

Objective:To probe into the influence of anti-resistance exercise joint acupressure on physiological indicators of Elderly diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 107 cases of elderly diabetic patients were divided into two groups based on single and double admission numbers.The patients in control group were given insulin rou-tine treatment and disease knowledge health mission,beside that the patients received the anti-resistance exer-cise joint acupressure.The physiology indexes were compared including fasting blood glucose,two hours post-prandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholester-ol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,body mass,body mass index,waist circumference hip circumference be-tween both groups.The satisfaction of patients to nursing work was compared.Results:The improvement of re-lated physiology indexes was better than those in control group in one month,three months,six months and 12 months after intervention,there was statistically significant difference between both groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in satisfaction of patients between both groups in one month,three months,six months and 12 months after intervention(P< 0.05).Conclusions:Anti-resistance exercise joint acupressure can effectively lower blood sugar,blood fat and body weight of elderly diabetic patients,and improve the patients'satisfaction to nursing work.%[目的]探讨抗阻力运动联合穴位按摩对老年糖尿病病人生理指标的影响.[方法]将107例老年糖尿病病人按住院号单、双分为两组,对照组给予胰岛素常规治疗及疾病知识健康宣教,观察组在其基础上进行抗阻力运动联合穴位按摩,比较两组病人空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围等生理指标及对护理工作的满意度.[结果]干预后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月观察组病人相关生理指标改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]抗阻力运动联合穴位按摩等综合干预能有效降低老年糖尿病病人的血糖、血脂、体重等生理指标,提高病人对护理工作的满意度.
