目的:探讨护理干预对肺癌患者生活质量的影响.方法:将72例患者随机分成对照组和干预组.对照组36例仅进行常规的治疗护理,而干预组36例在常规护理的基础上进行心理干预及系统的健康教育.参考QOL自评量表制作<肺癌患者生存质量调查表>,并对两组患者的生活质量进行评分.结果:对照组患者经1个疗程(1个月)常规治疗后,生理状况和情感情况与入院时相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),但社会/家庭状况、与医师及疾病的关系、生活自理能力等与入院时无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后患者生活质量总评分与入院时相比有明显改善(P<0.01).干预组患者经1个疗程治疗护理干预后,患者在生理状况、社会/家庭状况、与医师及疾病的关系、情感状况、功能状况与入院时相比均得到很大的改善(P<0.01).干预组患者生活质量总评分与入院时相比显著提高(P<0.01).干预组与同期对照组在治疗前生活质量无显著差异,经不同治疗与干预后,干预组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:对肺癌合并胸腔积液患者在化疗期间同时进行护理干预,可有效提高治疗效果,明显改善患者的生活质量.%Objective : To explore the effects of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with lung cancer . Methods :72 patients with nonsmall - cell lung cancer complicating pleural effusions were divided into the intervention group and the control group,36 patients in each group. The control group only received routine chemotherapy, and the intervention group received nursing intervention simultaneously routine chemotherapy. The scores of life quality were statistical by quality of life scale( QOL ). Results : After treatment one month, the score of the physiology state and sentiment state of patients were significantly improved in control group ( P ＜0. 01 ). The general scores of patients were significantly increased compared that on admission ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). After treatment, the scores of the physiology state , society/family states, the relationship between doctor and disease, sentiment state and function states of patients in the intervention group were significantly increased ( P ＜0. 01 ). The general scores of patients were significantly increased compared that on admission ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Compared with the control group, the scores of quality of life were no significantly difference before the treatment,whereas the scores of quality of life were significantly difference after the treatment in the intervention group( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can enhance the therapeutic efficacy and improve the quality of lung cancer complicating pleural effusions patients.
