急性期偏头痛患者的心理干预及效果评价

摘要

目的:有针对性地对急性期偏头痛患者进行心理干预,提高生活质量.方法:对我科2008年1月～2010年1月期间收治的61例偏头痛急性期患者实施全面系统的心理干预,干预前、后采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表进行测评和调查.结果:61例偏头痛急性期患者经心理干预后心理状况明显改善.结论:偏头痛急性期患者存在严重心理问题,加强心理护理,能提高生活质量,促进患者康复.%Objective : To improve the cephalagra patients' life quality through giving psychological investigation to them target - orientedly. Methods :61 patients with cephalagras whom hospitolized in our department during the period from 2008 to 2010 were investigated by self - rating depression scale ( SDS ) and self - rating anxiety scale ( SAS ). Results : After the psychological intervention , there were 61 patients suffer from migraine in acute - period got a result obviously showing a great difference. Conclusion: Cephalagras patients has serious mental problems. So enhance mental nursing care could improve patients' life quality and good to their recover.
