耳穴磁疗配合认知行为护理治疗血液透析并发抑郁症的患者临床观察

摘要

目的:观察耳穴磁疗配合认知行为护理治疗血液透析并发抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:将60例血液透析并发抑郁症的患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例在常规血液透析的基础上耳穴磁疗配合认知行为护理治疗,对照组30例仅进行常规血液透析治疗.分别在治疗后4周和8周采用Zung抑郁自评量表进行评定疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为60.00%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:耳穴磁疗配合认知行为护理治疗对血液透析并发抑郁症的患者具有良好的疗效.%Objective: To observe the effect of ear point magnetic therapy and psyehological intervention therapy on depression in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods: Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups: the therapy group (n =30) and the control group ( n = 30).On the basis of common hemodialysis, patients in the therapy group were given ear point taping and pressing and psychological intervention therapy.Patients in the control group were only given hemodialysis.The therapeutic effectiveness was accessed with the Zung Self- Rating Depression Scale (SDS) after therapy 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Results: The overall effective rates in the therapy group was 86.7％ and 60.0％ in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Combination ear point magnetic therapy and psychological intervention therapy was effective in the treatment of depression in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
