酒精中毒患者的安全管理

摘要

Objective;To investigate an effective method for security management of alcoholic poisoning patients to avoid nursing risk. Methods;The retrospec-tively analyzed about 328 cases data of alcoholic poisoning patients were selected with the subject of security and management .this group should be strengthen evaluated and intervened pertinently from three aspects:patient, environment and nurse. Results;The incidence of falling,bumping,aspiration,self-injury,hurt others,fluid leakage and complications of alcoholic poisoning patients was on the decreased trend year by year. Conclusion:The security management can effec-tively avoid re -injury and complications and other adverse events of alcoholic poisoning patients,but also improve and promote the nursing service.%目的:探讨酒精中毒患者安全管理有效方法,规避护理风险.方法:选取328例酒精中毒患者资料进行回顾性分析,以安全管理为主题,有针对性地从患者管理、环境管理、护士管理3方面加强评估、干预.结果:酒精中毒患者跌倒、碰伤、误吸、自伤、伤害他人和液体渗漏以及并发症发生率方面呈逐年降低态势.结论:护理安全管理能有效防止酒精中毒患者再伤害和并发症等不良事件的发生,改善和促进护理服务.
