Objective:To explore the influence of predictive nursing towards the tracheal intubation related complications in ICU. Methods; Retrospective a-nalysis was made on 129 cases undergoing tracheal intubation in ICU from February 2010 to February 2011. All 129 cases were randomly divided into two groups; predictive nursing group (n =65) and routine control group (n =64). The conventional control group with routine nursing care [foresee nursing group in routine nursing care was given based on predictive nursing analysis of two groups of patients during intubation, complications and satisfaction of patients' families. Results: Predictive nursing group in addition to tracheal blockage, prolapse of the catheter complications of external comparison of no statistical significance (P>0.05) , other complications were statistically significant (P <0.05). Predictive nursing patients family satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion; Intubated intensive care patients were predictive nursing care, could reduce the incidence of complications, but also can effectively improve patients' family satisfaction, worth popularizing in critical care nursing.%目的:探讨预见性护理对ICU患者气管插管期间并发症的影响.方法:对我院ICU 2010年2月～2011年2月实施气管插管的129例患者进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为预见护理组(n=65)和对照组(n=64).对照组采用常规护理,预见护理组在常规护理的基础上给予预见性护理.比较两组患者插管期间的并发症发生情况以及患者家属满意度.结果:预见护理组除气管堵塞、导管脱出并发症外比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05),其余并发症发生情况比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).预见护理组患者家属的满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对ICU患者气管插管期间进行预见性护理,不仅可减少并发症的发生,还能有效提高患者家属的满意度,值得在重症监护护理中推广.
