目的:了解护理人员对责任制护理相关知识的掌握情况、所持的态度以及护理行为情况.方法:采用方便取样法,对我院145名护理人员进行问卷调查.结果:护理人员掌握责任制护理相关知识得分(60.69±17.31)分,41.38％的护理人员得分低于平均分,女性得分高于男性;态度得分(75.55±16.87)分,55.17％的护理人员得分高于平均分,护士得分高于护师及以上职称者;行为得分(82.64±13.73)分,56.55％的护理人员得分≥80分,担任责任护士者得分高于未担任责任护士者.结论:护理人员对责任制护理知识的掌握有待进一步提高,护理人员对责任制护理较为认可,责任制护理对提高护理人员临床实践能力有积极作用.%Objective :To understand the nursing staff on duty nursing related knowledge,attitude and behavior of nursing. Methods; A convenience sampling, 145 noising staff in our hospital carried out a questionnaire survey. Results :Nursing staff about responsibility nursing knowledge score (60.69 ± 17.31) , 41.38% of the nursing staff scored below average, females scored higher than male; attitude scores (75.55 ±16.87) ,55.17% of he nursing staff scored higher than average,scored higher than junior nurses and above titles;behavior scores (82.64 ±13.73) ,56.55% of the nursing staff score≥ 80 points,as nurses who scored higher than not assuming responsibility nurses. Conclusion: Nursing staff on duty nursing knowledge needs to be further improved, the nursing staff on duty nursing more recognition, responsibility nursing on nursing clinical practice ability have positive role.
