目的:分析并评价术前实施心理干预对采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床疗效.方法:将我院收治的50例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上给予支持性心理治疗.比较两组患者术前焦虑、术中痛感程度以及对手术的自我感觉满意程度.结果:观察组术前焦虑以及术中痛感程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；观察组术后对手术的自我感觉满意程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:术前给予心理干预能够降低患者术前焦虑及术中痛感程度,提高患者的满意程度以及手术成功率.%Objective:To analyze and evaluate the implementation of the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention on low temperature plasma radiofre-quency ablation treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients before surgery. Methods: 50 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group have 25 cases,the control group received conventional treatment and nursing,the observation group was given supportive psychotherapy on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. The two groups were compared in patients with preoperative anxiety and intraoperative pain extent and surgery feel a satisfaction. Results: Group of preoperative anxiety and intraoperative pain extent were lower than the control group, the differences, statistically significant (P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, the observation group after surgery feeling of self - satisfaction was increased, the differences was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The preoperative administration of psychological interventions to reduce preoperative anxiety and intraoperative pain,increase patient satisfaction and surgical success rate.
