Claimed is application of furosemide for pre-operation preparation of patients with chronic obstructive lung diseases caused by smoking and appropriate treatment method. Invention is distinguished not only by bronchdilatation under influence of furocemide but also moistening of bronchi epithelium when respiratory ways are dried by ALV apparatus.
