农村空巢老人对老年常见疾病预防需求的调查与分析

摘要

目的:了解农村空巢老人对老年常见疾病预防的需求,为相关服务的开展提供参考.方法:采用自设问卷对435例农村空巢老人进行调查.结果:农村空巢老人对老年常见疾病预防需求平均得分为(3.43±1.11)分,其中日常生活指导需求为(2.94±1.26)分,精神心理需求为(3.52±1.11)分,上门健康服务需求为(3.81±0.98)分,常见老年疾病预防知识需求为(3.71±1.05)分,外界帮助需求为(3.19±1.13)分.结论:农村空巢老人对老年常见疾病的预防需求较高并各有侧重,相关部门在开展卫生服务时要有针对性,以提高农村空巢老人健康.%Objective: To understand the needs of rural empty nester on senile diseases prevention, to provide the reference for related services. Methods; A self- designed questionnaire was used in 465 cases of rural empty nester investigation. Results: Rural empty nester on senile common disease prevention needs averaged (3.43 ±1.11), in which the daily life guidance demand for (2.94 ± 1.26) , psychological demand for (3.52 ±1.11) , home health services needs to be (3.81 ±0.98) , common geriatric disease prevention knowledge demand (3.71 ±1.05) minutes, outside help demand for (3.19 ±1.13) branch. Conclusion: Rural empty nester on prevention of common diseases of high demand and have each emphasize particularly on, the relevant departments in developing community health service should be targeted to improve the health of rural empty nester.
