PURPOSE: A restaurant operating method is provided to change the food menu, for preventing geriatric diseases, on every weekday, and to offer the food to a customer with a self service type. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Food menu is constructed on every weekday. For example, diabetes prevention foods are offered on Monday, imbecility prevention foods being offered on Tuesday, osteoporosis prevention foods on Wednesday, hypertension prevention foods on Thursday, liver disease prevention foods on Friday, and depilation prevention foods on Saturday. The kinds or numbers of the foods can be changed according to a season or other conditions.
