B超引导下经阴道穿刺引流术在卵巢过度刺激综合征患者中的应用与护理

摘要

A summary of application and nursing experience for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome patients .whose ascites were treated by the vaginal puncture drainage under the B - ultrasonic guided using fetal reduction needle. 25 ascites patients were all appering after the super ovulation for 1VF - ET. After careful nursing,reasonable fluid infusion and the B -ultrasonic guided vaginal puncture drainage using fetal reduction needle,all patients were cure without any complication.%总结B超引导下经阴道穿刺引流术在卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)患者中的应用及护理措施.25例患者均发生在体外受精-胚胎移植超促排卵后,利用减胎针在B超引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺引流等对症治疗,精心护理,无并发症发生.
