The Mexican experience in the use of vaginal sildenafil in patients with poor endometrial response

The use of sildenafil can improve the thickness of the endometrium and the implantation rate The aim of this study was to analyze the larger Mexican series of patients treated with sildenafil with poor endometrial response The vaginal application of sildenafil is a good alternative for improving endometrial response, and based on our study we recommend the routine use of vaginal sildenafil in patients with endometrial thickness equal to or less than 7 mm in previous failed assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycles.
