Objective: Improving the nursing quality and effectively avoiding and preventing the potential nursing mistakes from happening. Methods: Wernsummoned and analysed the cause of nursing mistakes which happened in the hospital in 2010. Results: Nursing error category are accounted for in the firstrnplace was check error 72 cases (62.07%) ,the second is the implementation of physiciarrorder error 17 cases (14.65% ), operation error 3 cases (2.rn59% ),sample error 3 cases (2.59% ), other 21 cases (18.10% ). Conclusion, We must tighten up the management for the cause of nursing mistakesrnwhich happened to the dangerous crowds and in the weak period of time, dangerous offices and dangerous medicine and emergency preplan can be aviodedrnand prevented by nursing mistakes.%[目的]:为了更好地提高护理质量,有效地避免护理差错,防止潜在护理差错的发生.[方法]:针对2010年某院发生的护理差错进行总结、分析.[结果]:护理差错发生类别中占首位的是查对错误72起(62.07％),其次是执行医嘱错误17起(14.65％),操作错误3起(2.59％),标本错误3起(2.59％),其他有21起(18.10％).[结论]:加强对危险人群、薄弱时段、高危科室、高风险药物等的管理及有效的应急预案是避免差错的有效措施.
