护理干预对食管癌患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要

目的:探讨护理干预对食管癌患者治疗依从性的影响.方法:将55例食管癌患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组(n=28)实行常规护理,干预组(n=27)在此基础上实行护理干预,评价患者两组治疗依从性的差异.结果:干预组患者在呼吸功能训练依从性、早期肢体功能训练依从性、围手术期饮食依从性等方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:以知情干预、家庭支持干预及行为干预为主体的护理干预措施能够有效提高食管癌患者的治疗依从性.%Objective: To analyze the effective of the nursing intervention of the treatment compliance on patients with esophageal cancer. Methods:Fifty -five patients with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups randomly. Conventional nursing was taken in the control group and the nursing intervention was additionally done for the intervention group. Treatment compliance comparison was made after the intervention. Results: Compliance of respiratory function training, compliance of early stage limb function and compliance of perioperative period diet of the intervention group all superior to the control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion:The nursing intervention combined informed intervention,family support intervention and the behavior intervention was effective on the improving treatment compliance of patients with esophageal cancer.
