护士健商状况影响因素分析

摘要

目的:了解护士的健商状况,分析护士健商指数的影响因素,为进一步提高护士的健康意识、健康知识、健康能力提供依据.方法:对106名护士采用健商问卷进行调查.结果:年龄≥30岁护士健商指数高于年龄＜30岁护士(P＜0.05),已婚护士健商指数高于未婚护士(P＜0.05),高学历护士健商指数高于低学历护士(P＜0.05),主管护师以上护士健商指数高于护师以下护士(P＜0.05).结论:高学历、高职称、年龄较长的已婚护士拥有较高的健商指数.%Objective:To understand the status of nurses in the health quotient,analysis of the nurses' health quotient index influencing factors,to provide the basis for further improving nurses' health awareness,health knowledge and health ability.Methods:106 nurses health quotient questionnaire survey.Results:≥30-year-old nurses' health quotient index was higher than ＜30-year-old nurse (P ＜0.05),married nurses' health quotient index was higher than unmarried nurses (P＜0.05),and highly educated nurses' health index was higher than the low-educated nurses(P ＜0.05),the charge nurses' health index was higher than the senior nurses(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Highly educated,high grade,elder married nurses have higher health quotient index.
