Objective:To investigate the effect of improved postpartum setting-up exercise on puerperal body recovery. Methods:Selected 314 singleton pu-erperae and primiparae who gave birth from January to December 2011,and randomly put them into control group and observation group,each group with 157 cases. Two groups were both given conventional postnatal maternal health guidance as normal. The puerperae of observation group added extra improved post-partum setting-up exercise. Compared the differences of value change in body weight index,abdomen circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference and calf circumference of puerperae in two groups. Results:The value of body weight index,abdomen circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference, calf circumference of puerperae in observation groups showed a dramatic decline. The differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Im-proved postpartum setting-up exercise is beneficial to puerperal body recovery,and also helps to reduce incidence of postpartum complications. All of those contribute to a better life of puerpera.%目的:探讨改良产后健身操对产妇形体恢复的作用。方法:选取2011年1月~2011年12月在我院分娩的单胎、初产妇314例,并随机等分为对照组和观察组。两组产妇均按常规进行产后健康指导,观察组的产妇增加改良产后健身操。比较两组产妇在产后体重指数、腹围、臀围、大腿围及小腿围大小变化的差异。结果:观察组体重指数、腹围、臀围、大腿围及小腿围下降明显,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良产后健身操有利于产妇产后形体的恢复,减少产后并发症的发生,从而提高产妇的生活质量。
