目的：探讨静脉泵入药品在静脉输液中所存在的安全隐患，提出防范措施，保证用药安全。方法：选择本科室2013年6月~2014年6月所有进行静脉注射的患者9689例次，随机分为对照组4928例次与观察组4761例次。对照组给予常规管理，观察组通过对静脉泵入药品在静脉输液存在的安全隐患进行查找，组织相关人员针对安全隐患进行讨论，建立用药安全管理制度，规范各环节操作等安全管理。结果：对照组在静脉注射用药环节的不良事件发生率为37．6％，观察组发生率为0，两组比较有统计学差异。结论：严格的用药安全管理制度，各环节的监测管理及对药品应用知识的掌握是保证静脉泵入安全用药的关键。%Objective:To investigate the intravenous infusion of the drug in the intravenous infusion of the existence of security risks,propose preventive measures to ensure drug safety. Methods:From June 2013 - June 2014 all patients intravenous injection times 9689 cases were randomly divided into control group 4928 cases and observation group 4761 cases of times. The control group received conventional management,observation group by intravenous infusion of intravenous drugs in the presence of a security risk to find,organize relevant personnel to discuss security risks for the establishment of drug safety manage-ment system and regulate various aspects of the operation and other security management. Results:In control group adverse events link in intravenous drug use incidence of 37. 6 percent,the observation group incidence rate was 0% in,there were statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusion:Strict medication safety management system,monitoring of various aspects of management and mastery of knowledge of drug application to ensure that intravenous infusion of medication safety.
