优质护理在急诊手术患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of high - quality nursing patients in emergency surgery. Methods:60 cases of emergency operation as the re-search object,the implementation of high quality nursing intervention on patients of operation room,In contrast,patients with SAS score and SDS score before and after intervention. Results:After the intervention,patients with anxiety and depression scores were significantly better than before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Affect the implementation of the operating room quality care for patients with physical and mental generated are very positive,and this care approach for building a harmonious health care environment provides a very favorable support,worth in clinical widely used.%目的：探讨优质护理在急诊手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选择60例急诊手术患者为研究对象，将其按入院先后顺序等分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用传统护理模式，观察组采用优质护理模式，对比两组患者在干预后的焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果：观察组干预后患者的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组，经比较差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0．05）。结论：优质护理的实施对于患者生理和心理产生的影响都是非常积极的，这种护理方式对于和谐医疗护理环境的构建提供了非常有利的支持，值得在临床中广泛应用。
