人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者的手术配合

摘要

目的:探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的手术配合. 方法:对2010年1月~2014年3月我院收治的36例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者采用人工股骨头置换治疗,做好术前访视,术中密切观察,积极配合护理,预防并发症发生. 结果:36例均手术成功,手术时间55~135 min(平均78. 80 min),出血量100~300 ml(平均120 ml),术后下床时间2~10 d(平均6. 20 d).术后假体位置良好无松动和下沉, Harris评分,优20例,良12例,可4例,优良率88. 89%. 结论:采用人工关节置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,创伤小,卧床时间短,可早期下床活动,减少并发症,有利于关节功能恢复,提高老年患者术后的生活质量,而密切的手术配合可提高患者手术质量.%Objective:To explore hemiarthroplasty treatment elderly unstable intertrochanteric fracture surgery care. Conclusion:Artificial joint replacement for the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture,trau-ma,bed time is short,can get out of bed early,reduce complications,improve the quality of life,and improve the quality of life in elderly patients.
