追踪方法学在提升优质护理服务中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the role of trace methodology applied to high - quality nursing service. Methods:Established a tracking management team, implemented tracking management according to the standard of high - quality care service,to guide nursing manager in multi - dimensional thinking,to pro-mote the continuous improvement of nursing quality. Results:The check score of the second quarter was significantly higher than that in the first quarter (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Trace methodology enhanced quality management level,raised high - quality nursing service level.%目的：：探讨追踪方法学对提升医院优质护理服务水平的效果。方法：成立追踪管理实施小组，切合医院优质护理服务标准开展追踪，引导管理者多维度思考问题，促进护理质量持续改进。结果：对不同阶段责任制护理、分级护理、病人满意度评分比较，差异具有显著性( P <0.05)。结论：追踪方法学提高了护理管理者质量管理能力，促进优质护理服务水平提高。
