品管圈活动在提升临床科室对消毒供应中心满意度中的作用

             

摘要

Objective:To explore the role of QCC in enhancing the satisfaction of clinical departments to the Central sterile supply. Methods:10 core mem-bers of QCC activity group were from central sterile supply. QCC activities based on step - outs. Selected topics,selected the name and emblem of the circle. Clan the circle activity,control current situation,resolve and determine the effect of QCC activity. Results:The satisfaction of disposable sterile supplies,sur-gical instruments,sterile supply center environment, service attitude and problem solving ability by clinical departments after QCC activities were significant-ly higher than before the implementation of QCC activities,P < 0. 05. The group harmony,responsibility,pleasure,cohesion and problem - solving abilities after QCC activities were significantly higher than before the implementation of QCC,P < 0. 05. Conclusion:QCC activity could enhance the clinical depart-ments satisfaction to supply center services,and enhance the harmony,responsibility,communication and coordination,pleasure,cohesion and problem - sol-ving skills of the internal members of the central sterile supply.%目的::探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提升临床各科室对供应中心满意度的作用。方法:消毒供应中心骨干成员组成 QCC 活动小组,依据QCC 活动步骤即选定主题、圈徽、圈名选定、活动计划、把控现状、对策解析、确定效果等步骤进行 QCC 活动,观察 QCC 活动前后各科室对消毒供应中心满意度。结果:QCC 活动实施后临床各科室对一次性无菌用品供应满意度、手术器械供应满意度、消毒供应中心环境满意度、服务态度满意度及处理问题能力满意度均明显高于 QCC 活动实施前(P <0.05);QCC 实施后的团体和谐度、责任感、愉悦感、凝聚力及解决问题能力均明显高于实施前。结论:品管圈活动可有效提升临床科室对供应中心服务的满意度,并提升消毒供应中心内部成员的和谐度、责任感、沟通配合、愉悦感、凝聚力及解决问题能力。
