株洲市社区2型糖尿病患者抑郁状况的调查分析

Objective:To understand the depression status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community of Zhuzhou city and to compare the inci-dence of depression of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in different communities. Methods:A total of 242 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in three communities of Zhuzhou city were investigated by general questionnaire and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Results: The standard scores of SDS in thisgroupwas(51.13±7.98).Therewere112patientsunderwentdifferentdegreeofdepressivesymptoms(46.28%). Thepatientswithloweconomicin-come, no religious belief, little regular exercise, long course of diabetes mellitus, complications, the use of insulin therapy and other chronic disease associ-ated with diabetes had a higher incidence of depression. Conclusion:The incidence of depression of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Zhuzhou city is high and is influenced by many factors.%目的：：了解株洲市社区2型糖尿病患者的抑郁状况,比较不同特征的社区2型糖尿病患者的抑郁发生率。方法：采用一般情况调查表和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对株洲市3个社区242例2型糖尿病患者进行调查分析。结果：本组糖尿病患者SDS标准分为(51.13±7.98)分,112例(46.28%)患者存在不同程度的抑郁症状,经济收入低、无宗教信仰、很少规律运动、糖尿病病程长、有糖尿病并发症、使用胰岛素治疗和合并有其他慢性病的糖尿病患者抑郁发生率更高。结论：株洲市社区2型糖尿病患者的抑郁发生率较高,且受多种因素影响。
