PICC 带管出院患者导管维护知-信-行现状及其影响因素分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the level and influencing factors of Knowledge - Attitude - Practice on catheter maintenance in discharged patients with PICC and to provide theoretical basis for further clinical nursing. Methods:A total of 248 cases of discharged patients with PICC catheter in our hospital were investigated by questionnaire analysis to understand the patient’s catheter maintenance level. Results:In terms of age,education level,occupation and the number of tube placement,there were significant differences between the scores,which showed that the above four factors had a certain impact on the pa-tient’s knowledge,attitude and practice. Conclusion:The level of knowledge - attitude - practice on catheter maintenance in discharged patients with PICC is relatively low,which should be concerned by the clinical nurses. Individualized health education should be carried out according to the different back-ground and characteristics of the patients in the nursing work so that to enhance the awareness level of the patient in the catheter maintenance.%目的：探讨 PICC 带管出院患者在管路维护知信行水平和影响因素，为进一步临床护理开展提供理论依据。方法：对我院行 PICC 置管带管出院患者248例进行调查问卷分析，了解患者导管维护知信行水平的现状。结果：患者在年龄、文化程度、职业和曾置管次数4个方面行为维度得分和总得分之间差异有统计学意义，说明以上4个因素对患者知信行具有一定的影响意义。结论：PICC 带管出院患者在管路维护知信行各方面水平相对较低，应引起临床护士的重视，护理工作中应针对患者不同背景与特点开展个体化健康教育，提升患者在导管维护方面知信行水平。
