加速康复护理在股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期的应用

摘要

目的：：探索加速康复护理在股骨近端防旋髓内钉( PFNA)微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用的效果。方法：选择我院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者222例作为研究对象，随机等分为对照组、观察组，均应用髓内钉PFNA内固定方式进行治疗。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予加速康复护理。将两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果：观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，差异均有统计学意义。结论：应用PFNA对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者进行治疗结合围手术期加速康复护理，其手术时间短，出血少，患者康复快，具有极大的推广应用价值。%Objective:To explore the effect of accelerating rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation ( PFNA) min-imally invasive surgery of elderly patients of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods:The 222 cases of elderly patients of intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both the two groups were given the therapy of PFNA internal fixation. Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation nursing. Then compared the therapeu-tic effect of two groups. Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operative time,fracture healing time of observation group were significantly less than that of comparison group (P<0. 05);the therapeutic effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0. 05). The difference be-tween the two groups has statistical significance. Conclusion:The application of accelerating rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of PFNA minimally invasive surgery of elderly patients of femoral intertrochanteric fractures has the advantage of short operation time,less bleeding and quick recovery,which has a great application value worthy of popularization.
