目的:探讨同质化管理在精神科病房保洁实践中的效果观察.方法 :2016年7~12月由医院感染管理科、护理部协同保洁公司对我院12个病区环境保洁进行同质化管理,采取制定目标、完善工作制度及流程、同质化培训及多维度考核的方法.结果 :干预后保洁人员清洗保洁相关措施执行率均明显优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后病房医护人员、患者及家属对保洁工作满意度较干预前明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 :同质化管理应用于精神科病房保洁实践中,能有效提高保洁人员清洁消毒相关措施执行力,提升医护人员、患者或家属的满意度,为预防和控制医院相关性感染打下基础.%Objective: To explore the effect observation of homogenization management in the practice of cleaning in psychiatric ward .Methods: The infec-tion management department, the nursing department of our hospital worked in cooperation with the cleaning company to apply homogenization management to the cleaning of 12 inpatient areas from July to December 2016, by adopting the methods like goal setting, improvement of work system and process, hom-ogeneity training and multi -dimensional assessment.Results: After intervention, the implementation rates of related cleaning measures of cleaning staff were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05); after intervention, the satisfaction with cleaning work of the ward medical staff, patients as well as their family members significantly increased than that before intervention , and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: The application of homogenization management in the practice of cleaning in psychiatric ward can effective -ly improve the implementation of related cleaning and disinfection measures of the cleaning staff , improve the satisfaction of medical staff, patients or their family members, and lay the foundation for preventing and controlling hospital related infections.
