以整体护理为基础的个体化护理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨以整体护理为基础的个体化护理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用.方法 :选取2015年2月~2017年1月我院收治的胃癌化疗患者94例,采用随机字母表等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者采用以整体护理为基础的个体化护理,对比两组患者情绪状态、化疗依从性及营养指标.结果 :观察组患者干预后SDS评分及SAS评分低于对照组,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者化疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者干预后各项营养指标均显著高于对照组,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 :以整体护理为基础的个体化护理能够减轻胃癌化疗患者负性情绪,提高化疗依从性与营养状态.%Objective: To explore the application of individualized nursing based on holistic nursing in chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer .Methods:A total of 94 chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group with random alphabet.The control group received usual nursing, and the observation group received indi-vidualized nursing based on holistic nursing.The emotional status, chemotherapy compliance and nutritional index were compared between patients in the two groups.Results: After intervention, the SDS score and SAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The chemotherapy compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The nutritional indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The individualized nursing based on holistic nursing can reduce the negative emotion of the chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer and improve the compliance and nutritional status of chemotherapy.
