优质护理模式对腹腔镜妇科手术患者疼痛及满意度的影响

摘要

目的:探讨优质护理模式对腹腔镜妇科手术患者疼痛及满意度的影响,为临床护理工作实践提供指导和帮助.方法 :选取2016年12月~2017年6月临床收治的妇科手术患者488例,随机等分成对照组和观察组.比较两组患者的护理满意度和术后疼痛程度评分.结果 :观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),术后2 h、1 d、3 d、5 d时的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 :在临床针对腹腔镜妇科手术患者实施护理的实践过程中,与传统的护理模式相比,采用优质护理模式能够有效的缓解患者术后疼痛症状,显著提升护理满意度,是临床护理实践中的理想选择方式.%Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing model on pain and satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic gynecologic surgery and pro -vide guidance and help for clinical nursing practice.Methods: A total of 488 patients with laparoscopic gynecologic surgery clinically treated from December 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group .The nursing satisfaction and postoperative pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results: The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) and the 2 h, 1 d, 3 d and 5 d postoperative pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: In the prac-tice process of clinical nursing for patients with laparoscopic gynecologic surgery, compared with the traditional nursing model, the application of high quali-ty nursing model can effectively relieve postoperative pain symptoms , significantly improve nursing satisfaction, and it is the ideal choice in clinical nursing practice.
