1996~2016年我国护理本科专业循证教学文献计量分析

         

摘要

Objective:To understand the present situation and development trend of evidence-based teaching research in undergraduate nursing major of China, and to provide reference for evidence-based teaching of undergraduate nursing major.Methods:The literatures of evidence-based teaching of graduate nursing major were retrieved from China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang database from 1996 to 2016 and the the statistical analysis was conducted.Results:A total of 61 articles were published in 39 journals.Within the past 5 years, there were 32 published articles (52.46%).The authors were from 18 provincial level districts.The research institutions were universities and their affiliated hospitals.The research type was mainly experiment or quasi-experiment study with 58 articles (95.08%);There were 9 articles which were cited for more than 10 times in papers, and the highest cited frequency was 51 times.There were 25 funded subjects (40.98%).Conclusion:Evidence-based teaching has been paid more and more attention by nursing educators in recent years.It is widely used in the teaching, trainee and practice of various courses.It becomes a development trend of nursing teaching in our country.%目的:了解我国护理本科专业循证教学研究现状与发展趋势,为护理本科专业开展循证教学提供借鉴.方法:计算机检索1996~2016年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库中收录的护理本科循证教学文献,并进行统计分析.结果:共筛选出61篇文章,发表在39种期刊上,近5年共发表32篇(52.46%);作者来自18个省级行政区,研究机构为大学及其附属医院;研究类型主要为实验性或类实验性研究58篇(95.08%);论文被引频次在10次以上者9篇,最高被引频次51次;来自受基金资助的课题25项(40.98%).结论:循证教学在近年来受到了护理教育者的重视,广泛应用到各门课程的教学、见习和实习过程中,是我国护理教学的一种发展趋势.
