儿童保健门诊护士职业认同与健康教育能力相关性分析

摘要

目的:探讨儿童保健门诊护士职业认同与健康教育能力相关性,为提升护理质量提供参考.方法:选取2016年8月～2017年2月我市多家二甲以上医院188名儿童保健门诊护士进行问卷调查,内容包括:一般人口学资料、职业认同感量表以及护士健康教育能力调查表,运用SPSS 17.0统计软件对数据进行分析,分析两者间的相关性.结果:儿童保健门诊护士职业认同与健康教育能力呈显著正相关(P<0.05).结论:护理管理者应加强对门诊护士的健康教育能力提升,从而提升门诊护士职业认同感,改善护患关系.%Objective:To explore the relationship between occupational identity and health education ability of nurses in children''s health clinics, and to provide reference for improving nursing quality.Methods:A total of 188 patients from children''s health clinics of hospitals above level II in our city from August 2016 to February 2017 were surveyed by questionnaires, including general demographic data, occupational identity scale and nurses'' health education ability questionnaire.The data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software and the correlation between the two was analyzed.Results:There was a significant positive correlation between occupational identity and health education ability of nurses in children''s health clinics (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing managers should strengthen the health education ability of outpatient nurses, so as to enhance the occupational identity of outpatient nurses and improve the nurse-patient relationship.
