案例分析法结合情景模拟法在护理实训教学中的应用研究

摘要

目的: 探讨案例分析法结合情景模拟法在护理实训教学中的应用效果.方法: 将120名在校护理专科生随机等分为对照组和试验组,在《内科护理学》实训教学中,对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用案例分析法和情景模拟法相结合的教学方法,为期1学年.通过测评实训前后两组学生的评判性思维能力和期末考试成绩,来评价案例分析法和情景模拟法相结合的教学方法实施效果.结果: 实训结束后,试验组学生评判性思维能力总分为(285.81±29.06)分,对照组学生评判性思维能力总分为(277.16±22.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实训组期末考试成绩为(83.77±9.34)分,对照组期末考试成绩为(71.16±10.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论: 实施案例分析法与情景模拟法相结合的教学方法有助于提高护生评判性思维能力和学习成绩,效果优于传统教学法.%Objective:To discuss the effect of application of case analysis method combined with scene simulation method in practical teaching of nursing.Methods: Selected 120 cases of professional nursing students at school, and they were equally into control group and test group at random.In the practical teaching of Nursing of Internal Medicine, traditional teaching was given to the control group, and the teaching of case analysis method combined with scene simulation method was given to the test group, and the teaching lasted for 1 academic year.The implementation effect of teaching of case analysis method combined with scene simulation method was evaluated through appraisal of the critical thinking ability and final exam result of the students from two groups before and after the practical teaching.Results: After completion of practical training, the students from the test group had a total score of (285.81±29.06) in critical thinking ability, and the students from the control group, (277.16±22.32), and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);the students from the test group had a total score of (83.77±9.34) in final exam result, and the students from the control group, (71.16±10.49), and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The teaching of case analysis method combined with scene simulation method was helpful to improve the nursing students' critical thinking ability and academic performance, with a better effect that the traditional teaching mode.
