品管圈在提高神经内科患者护理满意度中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高神经内科患者护理满意度中的应用效果.方法:选取2013年6~12月在我院神经内科就诊的患者200例,设为品管圈活动前组,2014年1~6月在我院神经内科就诊的患者200例,设为品管圈活动后组.成立品管圈小组,选定"提高神经内科患者护理满意度"作为活动主题,对神经内科患者护理满意度现状进行分析,找出影响护理满意度的因素,制定相应的护理措施并执行,对品管圈实施前后护理人员的护理质量及护理水平、患者对护理满意度进行观察比较.结果:品管圈活动后组患者护理满意率显著高于品管圈活动前组(P<0.05).实施品管圈后护理人员的护理质量评分高于实施品管圈前(P<0.05).实施品管圈后护理人员的护理出错发生情况少于实施品管圈前,而基础护理合格情况、护理操作合格情况均高于实施品管圈前,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:品管圈可以大大提高护理质量,显著提高患者对护理的满意度,应在护理实践中推广应用.%Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the nursing satisfaction of neurological patients.Methods:A total of 200 patients admitted in the Department of Neurology from June 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the former group of quality control circle.A total of 200 patients admitted in the Department of Neurology from January 2014 to June 2014 were selected as the later group of quality control circle.By establishing quality control circle groups and selecting topic of "increasing the satisfaction of patients in neurological department", the current nursing satisfaction of the patients in Department of Neurology was analyzed to find out the factors that affected the satisfaction of care and develop appropriate nursing measures.The nursing quality and nursing level of the nursing staff before and after the implementation of the quality control circle and the patient's satisfaction of nursing were compared.Results:The satisfaction rate of the later group after quality control circle was significantly higher than that of the former group before quality control group (P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the nursing staff was higher than that before the implementation of quality control circle (P<0.05).After the implementation of quality control circle, occurrence of nursing errors was less than that before the implementation of quality control circle.Meanwhile, the basic nursing qualified situation and nursing operation qualified conditions were higher than that before the implementation of quality control circle.the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle can improve the quality of care greatly and improve the patient's satisfaction with care significantly.It should be applied in nursing practice.
