延续性护理干预对出院老年脑梗死患者功能康复的效果观察

摘要

目的:探讨延续性护理干预模式在脑梗死患者中的应用效果.方法:选取我院2012年1月~2015年12月收治的200例脑梗死患者,将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者实施常规随访;观察组实施延续性护理干预,比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分及日常生活活动指数(BI)评分、生活质量综合量表评分、满意度评分.结果:观察组患者生存质量综合量表中躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质状况、生活质量总分及满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.05),BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在脑梗死患者出院后实施延续性护理干预可明显优化患者生存质量,促进患者康复,提高患者满意度,建议在临床上推广应用.%Objective:To discuss the application effect of continued nursing intervention model in cerebral infarction patients.Methods:Selected 200 cerebral infarction patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015, and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random, where conventional follow-up visit was implemented for the patients in the control group and continued nursing intervention was given to the patients in the observation group.Patients in the two groups were compared in score of neurologic impairment, score of daily life activity index (BI), score of life quality comprehensive scale and score of satisfaction.Results:In the survival quality comprehensive scale, the scores of body function, social function, psychological function, physical condition, total life quality score and satisfaction score of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group (P<0.05), the score of neurologic impairment of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05) and the BI score of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The continued nursing intervention after discharge of cerebral infarction patients could significantly optimize the patients' survival quality, promote the patients' rehabilitation, improve the patients' satisfaction and was suggested to be promoted and applied clinically.
