延伸护理模式对2型糖尿病合并抑郁状态患者糖脂代谢及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的:探讨延伸护理模式对2型糖尿病合并抑郁状态患者糖脂代谢及生活质量的影响.方法:选择2013年5月～2015年10月我院就诊的2型糖尿病合并抑郁状态患者50例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理模式;观察组在对照组的基础上采用延伸护理模式.干预前后分别比较两组患者糖脂代谢指标、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及生存质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)评分.结果:干预前两组患者的各项指标间无统计学差异(P＞0.05).干预结束后,两组患者的血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)控制情况明显优于干预前,SDS,HAMD评分明显低于干预前,GQOLI评分明显高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);且两组间比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:延伸护理模式可以明显改善2型糖尿病合并抑郁状态患者的糖脂代谢紊乱情况,减轻其抑郁程度,提高其日常生活质量.%Objective:To discuss the influence of extended nursing mode on the glucolipid metabolism and life quality of patients having type 2 diabetes with combined depression state.Methods:Selected 50 patients having having type 2 diabetes with combined depression state receiving treatment in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2015,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,the conventional nursing mode was adopted for the patients in the control group,and extended nursing mode was used for the observation group on the basis of the control group.Before and after interference,patients in the two groups were compared in the scores of glucolipid metabolism indicators,self-rating depression scale (SDS),Hamilton's Depression Scale (HAMD) and general quality of life inventory (GQOLI).Results:Before interference,the difference of indicators of patients in the two groups was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).After interference,the control of blood glucose,blood fat,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) of patients in the observation group was significantly superior to that before interference,the scores of SDS and HAMD were significantly lower than those before interference,and the score of GQOLI was significantly higher than that before interference,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The extended nursing mode could significantly improve the glyeolipid metabolism disorder of patients having type 2 diabetes with combined depression state,reduce their depression degree and improve their daily life quality.
