手术室护理路径在经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用

摘要

Objective:To discuss the effect of application of operating room nursing path via percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technology in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods: Selected 80 cases of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc receiving percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique admitted to our hospital in the period from August 2013 to July 2016, and they were taken as objects of research;40 patients admitted to our hospital in the period from August 2013 to February 2015 were took as control group, and 40 patients admitted to our hospital in the period from March 2013 to July 2016 were took as observation group.The patients in the control group received conventional intranperative nursing cooperation, and the patients in the observation group received the nursing intervention with operating room nursing path.Then, the patients from two groups were compared for their intranperative complication occurrence and duration of operation.Results:The patients from observation group had a lower occurrence rate of postural complications, higher satisfaction, and shorter duration of operation than those from control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing path could effectively reduce the occurrence of related complications in the operation of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technology, and improve the operative treatment effect of the patients.%目的:探讨手术室护理路径在经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果.方法:2013年8月~2016年7月选取本院收治的80例经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,将2013年8月~2015年2月收治的40例患者分为对照组,将2015年3月~2016年7月收治的40例患者分为观察组.对照组行常规术中护理配合,观察组在对照组基础上应用手术室护理路径实施护理干预,比较两组患者术中皮肤发红、发麻情况及手术时间.结果:观察组患者皮肤发红、发麻情况低于对照组,而满意率高于对照组,而观察组手术手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论:手术室护理路径能有效降低经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术中相关并发症的发生,提高患者手术治疗效果.
