供精人工授精随访管理工作技巧探讨

摘要

目的:探讨加强对供精人工受精(AID)妊娠结局的随访和评估,更好的保障AID随访的顺利进行,确保AID的随访率达到100％.方法:2013年3月 ～2017年5月在我院共完成AID 4642周期,2122例,最多实施AID 8个周期,主要采用回院随访和电话随访方式进行.结果:4642周期AID中,生化妊娠1539周期,占33.15％,临床妊娠1405周期,占30.27％.其中流产119周期,占8.47％;引产4例,占0.28％,异位妊娠7例,占0.50％;分娩胎儿957例.AID术后14～16d、AID术后28～35 d妊娠者为来院随访,随访率为100％;孕中、晚期随访,其中电话随访2075例,短信随访38例,采用寄信方式取得联系8例,通过所在地计生部门随访1例.结论:做好AID的随访工作已成为一项非常重要、迫切的任务,可采取多种方式进行随访,签署书面知情同意书,建立完善随访管理制度,建立良好的医患关系,确保随访率达到100％.%Objective:To investigate and enhance follow - up and estimation of artificial insemination by donor (AID)pregnancy outcome,secure AID fol-low - ups be developed smoothly,and ensure follow - up rate reach to 100％ . Methods:To select 4642 AID cycles completed in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2017,2122 cases implemented 8 AID cycles at most,and mainly apply follow - up of back to hospital and telephone follow - up. Results:A-mong 4642 AID cycles,there were 1539 biochemical pregnancy cycles,accounting for 33. 15％,1405 clinic pregnancy cycles,accounting for 30. 27％ . There were 119 abortion cycles,accounting for 8. 47％,and there were 4 labor induction cases,accounting for 0. 28％,7 ectopic gestation cases,account-ing for 0. 50％ . There were 957 delivery fetus cases. The fourteenth day to sixteenth day after AID operation and the twenty - eighth day to thirty - fifth day after AID operation,pregnant women came back to hospital for follow - up,and the follow - up rate was 100％ . As for follow - ups in middle and late peri-od of pregnancy,there were 2075 cases of telephone follow - up,38 cases of text message follow - up,8 cases were contacted through mail and one case of follow - up was done through local family planning bureau. Conclusion:Follow - up work of AID has become a critical and urgent task,and could be done through multi methods,sign written informed consent,establish and improve follow - up management system,establish good doctor - patient relationship,to ensure follow - up rate reach to 100％ .
