军医大学护理双师职业倦怠特点及其与压力、应对方式、社会支持的相关性研究

     

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation among burnout syndromes of double-certificated teaching staff in affiliated hospitals of Military Medical Universities and their perceived stress, coping styles and social support.Methods A total of 835 double-certificated teaching staffs in three affiliated hospitals of Military Medical University were recruited and investigated with the general information questionnaire, the Maslach burnout inventory-human service survey (MBI-HSS), Chinese perceived stress scale (CPSS), simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) and perceived social support scale (PSSS).Results The double-certificated teaching nurses had high burnout level in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment, which were 18.8%, 12.5%, and 28.1%, respectively, and these three dimensions in the nurses with a moderate level of burnout were 23.7%, 18.2%, and 19.6%, respectively. Stress, coping style and social support were the influencing factors of job burnout.Conclusion The overall burnout syndromes of double-certificated teaching staffs in affiliated hospitals of Military Medical University is relatively better. When conducting intervention programs, factors of perceived stress, coping styles and social support should be taken into account.%目的 了解军医大学护理双师职业倦怠特点,探讨职业倦怠与压力、应对方式、社会支持的相关性.方法 采取一般情况调查表、职业倦怠量表(Maslach burnout inventory-human service survey,MBI-HSS)、中文版知觉压力量表(Chinese perceived stress scale,CPSS)、简易应对方式问卷(simple coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)和(perceived social support scale,PSSS)对3所军医大学附属医院的835名护理双师进行调查与分析.结果 军医大学护理双师在情感衰竭(emotional exhaustion,EE)、去人格化(depersonalization,DP)、个人成就感(personal achievement,PA)3个维度处于高度倦怠水平的分别占18.8%、12.5%、28.1%,处于中度倦怠水平的分别占23.7%、18.2%、19.6%;压力、应对方式、社会支持是职业倦怠的影响因素.结论 军医大学护理双师职业倦怠总体状况较好,在进行职业倦怠干预时应充分考虑压力、应对方式和社会支持等影响因素.
