柯氏评估模型在护士专业形象与行为规范培训中的应用

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the training effect of professional image and behavioral norm of nurses by using Kirkpatrick evaluation model. Methods By convenience sampling method, 230 newly recruited nurses from the Guangzhou General Hospital of PLA from 2015 to 2017 were selected as observation group. The Kirkpatrick evaluation model was applied to the training of professional image and behavior norms of nurses. Totally 230 recruited nurses from 2012 to 2014 were selected as the control group, and traditional teaching methods were used to teach the course. The theoretical and practical assessment results of the two groups after training and self-evaluation of the nurses in the observation group were evaluated and compared. Results After training, the theoretical and practical assessment scores of nurses in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The self-evaluation of nurses in the observation group after training was better than that before training, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions Kirkpatrick evaluation model used in the training of professional image and behavioral norm of nurses can perform a comprehensive evaluation of training effectiveness, which is better than the traditional education method, and enhances the training effectiveness, thus promote the improvement of the training quality.%目的 探讨柯氏评估模型在护士专业形象与行为规范培训中的应用方法与效果.方法 便利抽样法选择原解放军广州总医院2015-2017年新入职的230名护士作为观察组,将柯氏评估模型运用于护士专业形象与行为规范培训中;选择2012-2014年新入职的230名护士作为对照组,采用传统教学方法进行授课,评价并比较两组护士培训后的理论、实践考核成绩及观察组护士的自我评价.结果 培训后观察组护士的理论、实践考核成绩均优于对照组,观察组护士培训后的自我评价优于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 将柯氏评估模型应用于护士专业形象与行为规范培训中能对培训需求和效果进行全方位的评估,有利于动态地调整培训方法和手段,促进培训质量的持续改进.
