Objective To study the effects of detail management on nursing quality in infusion therapy. Methods The hospital intravenous infusion group applied the detail management concepts to the nursing quality management in infusion therapy to improve the management system. We developed infusion therapy standard operating procedures (SOP),and a special evaluation standard of the quality of nursing care in infusion therapy. Through the standardized training and format operation,nurses developed favorable work habits. It is intention to create hospital nursing brand and expand the surrounding influence for the hospital. Results By implementing the detail management,significant improvements were observed on the specilized nursing knowledge, skills of infusion therapy, the outcomes of nursing evaluatation of infusion therapy in clinical departments,and patient's satisfaction with nursing in infusion therapy(P<0. 05). The intravenous infusion group had mature capacity of comprehensive coordination,and the incidents of infusion-related adverse nursing events were significantly reduced. Conclusion Detail management can steadily improve the nursing quality of infusion therapy.%目的 探讨细节管理对输液治疗护理品质的影响.方法 医院静脉输液小组将细节管理的理念应用到输液治疗护理的品质管理中,完善各项管理制度,制定出本院特色的输液治疗护理标准操作程序及输液治疗护理质量专项评价标准；通过规范化培训、格式化操作,帮助护士养成良好的工作习惯；用心打造医院护理服务品牌,扩大周边影响力.结果 实施细节管理后,临床护士输液治疗护理的专业知识和技能水平、临床科室输液治疗护理专项检查成绩、患者对输液治疗护理的满意度均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)；静脉输液小组的综合协调能力日渐成熟,输液治疗相关的护理不良事件明显减少.结论 细节管理可以稳步提升输液治疗护理的品质.
